This week, Stephen Lantis, the Clinical Director of Children and Adolescent Services at Burke, had an engaging conversation with Kelly Augustine, the President and CEO of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce, on the local show We Are Nacogdoches. Their discussion highlighted the important themes of self-care and nurturing good mental health—crucial topics in our busy world. The show will be available in a few weeks on JackTVSFA on YouTube and SFATV2 on the Optimum Cable System. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the Nacogdoches Chamber, the SFA Department of Mass Communications, Dr. Casey Hart, and students for making this event possible.
